Job Description
Job Title:Censis Product & Workflow Trainer
Reports To:Amanda Birkhead VP Product & Marketing
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that empower our internal team and customers to maximize the value of the Censis solution. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement the Censis Product Trainer will create a comprehensive training program at varying levels of depth for new hires develop robust content for new product launches and lead efforts to revitalize customer facing training. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and educator with a strong background in sterile processing exceptional knowledge of the Censis product suite and a passion for fostering growth and learning across all organizational levels.
Specific Responsibilities:
Training Program Development
- Design and create endtoend training curriculum for Censis employees that covers industry overview (i.e. the way hospitals and specifically the SPD works) sterile processing workflow and Censis product training
- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive training materials including:
- Instructorled presentations for hands on learning
- Selflearning modules to reinforce key concepts
- Video tutorials for visual demonstrations
- Interactive learning modules to enhance retention
- Quick reference guides for quick/ onthejob support
Customer Learning Strategy and Execution
- Deliver a robust remote learning resource that enables customers technicians to maximize impact from the CensiTrac solution
- Develop selfservice training content that empowers users to learn at their own pace.
- Produce video demonstrations and user guides to enhance understanding
- Implement content update processes to keep learning materials accurate and current.
- Track user engagement and learning progress to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Internal Enablement
- Create and deliver training for new products and significant product enhancements to ensure internal teams stay informed and equipped.
- Lead regular education sessions for internal functional teams driving alignment and deepening product knowledge.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sterile processing workflows supporting marketing and product teams with insights and expertise.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine product messaging and ensure consistency across all communications.
- Partner with internal teams to assess training needs and tailor content for maximum impact.
- Gather and apply feedback to continuously enhance training materials and improve learning effectiveness.
- Represent Censis products with enthusiasm and professionalism fostering customer satisfaction and building excitement for Censis solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of CensiTrac and related products in the Censis suite
- Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD preferred
- Strong background in sterile processing with knowledge of governing standards and practices
- Knowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content for diverse audiences
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training strategy development is a plus
- Requires travel up to 40% depending on location
- Bachelors degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience
