Job Description
Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or clinic setting
Certifications
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
Licenses
Current and active Registered Nurse Licensure for the State of Tennessee or multistate

JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Health nurse is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the health of Team members as well as tracking and reporting data related to employee health and maintains employee health files. Responsible for maintaining OSHA regulations and Joint Commission standards. As the Occupational Health nurse responsibilities include performing occupational health services such as drug screens lab draws injections and immunizations workers comp visit workups and other clinical needs for the Occupational Health office.
