Job Description

Beach Front Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a selfmotivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Chino CA.


Job Summary: Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and perform all related management functions including but not limited to coordinating leasing and marketing efforts approve movein files promote lease renewals resident relations team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.


Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor

Position Type: FullTime

Hours: 40 hours per week

Locations: Revere St. Chino CA

Pay rate: $16.50 to $19.00 hourly


Leasing / Sales Experience

  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Proven working experience as leasing agent
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Customer service orientation
  • Marketing vacancies/ post online with Supervisor approval
  • Format open house flyers
  • Host Open House at various properties
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion zoning crime etc.)
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals with prior Supervisor approval Communication Skills
  • Ability to accurately communicate lease agreement information to tenant per Supervisor approval.
  • Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Stay up to date with team on property market status
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
Requirements
  • AA certificate / BS degree in real estate or similar
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • 80% Driving required for this position

Travel Requirements: Moderate travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation and the expectation to work remotely is 20 % of the time. Travel requirements for this position may change at any time.


Physical Requirements: require persons in this position to lift up to 35lbs and wear face covering when working with the public or in close proximity to other staff necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
