A modern progressive partner hospital in Gastonia NC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their closeknit team. This practice is dedicated to providing stateoftheart veterinary care including cold/therapy laser ultrasound and digital xrays all within a FearFree environment. The team is passionate about making a positive impact on both patients and the local community offering a strong culture of collaboration education and worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients including surgeries diagnostics and routine care
- Engage with clients and staff in a relationshipbased approach to veterinary care
- Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to provide the highest quality care
- Build strong relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community
- Participate in internal training programs to encourage staff development
- Manage a diverse caseload including surgeries appointments and diagnostics during open hours
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in North Carolina (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Previous experience in a clinical setting comfortable with a range of veterinary tasks including surgery diagnostics and patient care
- A collaborative and compassionate team player eager to contribute to a positive work environment
