The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform with a primary focus on building quick forms to enhance business processes and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform including building and maintaining quick forms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and management of Dynamics 365 solutions at an enterprise level.
- Ensure solutions are integrated with other products and systems to solve business problems.
- Participate in the development of a targeted approach to user adoption and engagement within the Dynamics 365 community.
- Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with or interest in Power Platform Azure Tenant ADO SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies.
- Good problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and team members.
- Clientoriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude towards the customization of our Dynamics software.
- Willingness to contribute to and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
