Want to be part of a startup environment within Amazon to design and build Fintech Payments products right from scratch Want to enable hundreds of millions of Amazon customers to shop on Amazon using nextgeneration credit products Want to be part of a team that will enable you to deliver products handling highly sensitive customer data with high traffic and minimum latency while handling crossregion calls where required Want to be part of a team that will enable you to learn the latest technologies and skills relevant in the software development industry
Amazon Indias Payments team is looking for software developers who are passionate about designing and building the nextgeneration Payments product. This highly reliable and scalable product will provide a payment gateway to hundreds of millions of Amazon India customers.
Additionally the team also provides opportunities to learn and work on Machine Learning interact and influence Amazon thirdparty partners like Banks and NBFCs. The services will be designed to support other emerging economies having similar requirements. Developers in the team need to have a strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and preferably experience in building largescale distributed systems. Experience with webbased applications and/or web servicesbased applications especially at massive scale would also be helpful.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
