Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

(*IRDAI Compliances *Governance *Annual Reports *Statutory *NBFC *Companies Act *Legal Compliances *Drafting & Vetting *Due Diligence)

  • Obtaining License from IRDAI
  • Managing BQP registration POSP agreements POSP Data filing and Broker Code creation.
  • Timely filing of returns/disclosures to IRDAI.
  • Drafting of KYC Grievance redressal mechanism and other policies.
  • Communicate & arrange various data from Investors.
  • Various ROC Filing like SH7 DIR12 MGT6 AOC4 MGT7 Etc.
  • Drafting of Minutes resolutions and preparing statutory registers.
  • Downstream Investment reporting with RBI.
  • Dealing with Bankers vendors and authorities.
  • Drafting on various policies as required under various regulations.
  • Assisting in implementing the Compliance tool.
  • Singlehandedly working on obtaining an NBFC license.
  • Keeping track of FDI FATF and other updates.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 7 or 8 yrs. of experience after completing the Company Secretary
  • Experience in an NBFC/ INSURANCE based company is needed with focus on IRDAI licensing. Only male candidates are preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office MCA RBI CIBIL CERSAI and IRDAI.
  • Excellent articulation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbersdriven role.
