About the role:
Samsaras mission is to increase the safety efficiency and sustainability of the operations that power the global economy. Our customers span industries from transportation and logistics to government and field services. Within this mission our Fleet Operations & Security teams build essential tools to help customers optimize how their assets are used and protect them from theft fraud and misuse.
In this role youll work as a key individual contributor responsible for driving innovation across both Fleet Operations and Fleet Security. These areas serve a diverse range of customers from public sector agencies managing snow operations and school buses to logistics companies in Mexico deploying advanced security measures like engine immobilization.
You will shape and execute a roadmap that blends customerspecific needs with scalable crossmarket solutions collaborating closely with engineering design data science and gotomarket teams. Whether developing new AIpowered asset utilization features or strengthening protections against theft and unauthorized vehicle use youll play a pivotal role in defining how Samsaras customers manage and secure their fleets globally.

In this role you will:
- Build and evolve products for fleet security (e.g. theft detection engine immobilization) and public sector operations (e.g. asset planning route insights)
- Use AI and data to deliver insights that help customers optimize fleet usage and improve safety
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
- Partner with sales support and engineering to drive adoption and execution
Help define strategy in key regions including the U.S. and Mexico
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Have 4 years of product experience with a track record of shipping impactful features
- Enjoy solving hard problems for realworld users
- Are datadriven structured in your thinking and thrive in fastpaced environments
- Communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical teams
- Want to own products endtoend from customer insights to gotomarket
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience in IoT fleet / telematics security or public sector tech
- Familiarity with AI/ML features or anomaly detection
- Spanish language skills
- Startup or highgrowth company experience
Location:
- Preferred: United Kingdom (close collaboration with our engineering team in Poland).
