We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst / Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing requirements analysis and validation processes. This role is critical in ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Experience:
5 years of experience performing software testing and writing test cases
5 years of experience ensuring accuracy and completeness of requirements
5 years of experience verifying technical changes against business requirements
5 years of proficiency in documenting requirements defects test cases and validation results
5 years of strong verbal and written communication skills
5 years of experience working effectively in a team environment
5 years of strong customer service skills
Desired Skills:
5 years of SQL experience including querying databases performing data validation and troubleshooting data issues
Strong knowledge of database concepts data modeling and relational databases
