- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN): Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Excellent Clinical Skills: Competency in delivering highquality clinical care for complex cases with a patientcentred approach.
- Empathy and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and professionally with residents and their families.

What you day will look like
- Resident Assessments and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments for each resident and develop individualised care plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medication and treatments as outlined in residents care plans ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
- Resident Safety and Wellbeing: Prioritise the safety and overall wellbeing of residents monitoring for any changes in their condition and responding promptly.
- Collaborative Holistic Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that addresses residents physical emotional and social needs.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed uptodate records and documentation for each resident ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Family Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to residents and their families offering clear communication and compassionate care.
- Compliance with Healthcare Standards: Adhere to all regulatory standards and protocols ensuring the service remains compliant with healthcare guidelines.
- Ongoing Care Plan Evaluation: Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans as residents needs evolve ensuring they continue to receive the most appropriate level of care.
