Architectural Technologist
Up to 45000

Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based around the Birmingham region renowned for innovative and sustainable design solutions. My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.
With an exciting range of upcoming projects my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Commercial / Leisure sectors from RIBA stage 4 onwards.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings technical designs and specifications using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects designers and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.
- Conduct site visits surveys and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
- Coordinate with clients contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.
Qualifications required for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology Building Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations codes and standards.
- Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
