The Opportunity
As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury PreLitigation department you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved.
Accountable for
- Open claims with insurance companies health insurance subrogation departments and MediCAL/CARE.
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Detailoriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle large volume of personal injury prelitigation cases.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
Compensation
- $45000 $75000 depending on experience
