The role
Your role will be a mix of ensuring a pleasant office environment and supporting our marketing team with content creation. You will handle diverse administrative tasks and assist with meeting bookings and travel arrangements. Additionally youll contribute and coordinate content creation including podcasts blog posts social media updates and video editing. No two days will be the same! You might be preparing for meetings coordinating events or creating engaging content for our online platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contact with external partners and suppliers
Internal communication in officerelated matters
Coordinating company events 34 per year
Support in the recruitment onboarding and offboarding of employees
Support the organization with administrative tasks and creating a nice office environment
Coordinating content creating and possibly creating content for blogs and social media platforms
Assisting with video editing and graphic design tasks
Who are you
You are a happy social and independent individual with an eye for detail and a passion for both organization and creativity. You understand the importance of a good work environment and supporting your colleagues in diverse tasks. You are also eager to contribute to our marketing efforts. People describe you as a doer who takes responsibility and always goes the extra mile. A genuine interest in creativity and marketing is a big plus.
A couple of years proven track record within Office management
Extended experience in Google Workspace
Experience in handling invoicing and administration
Experience in Procountor and Visma Severa is a plus
Experience in graphic design content creation blogging and video editing is a big plus We mainly use Canva
Fluent in Swedish due to administrative work tasks
Fluent in English
Experience in Email marketing
Practical Information
This is a parttime temporary position (912 months) based at our Stockholm office at Renstiernas Gata 12. The starting date is in August with some handover days during June. As our office manager your main workplace is at our office.
