WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Running the show daytoday: operations staffing service & member experience
- Leading and motivating a passionate team to smash goals and stay inspired
- Driving membership growth with creative sales and retention strategies
- Keeping the club in peak condition clean organised and fully stocked
- Handling member feedback like a pro and turning problems into solutions
- Collaborating on events challenges and local outreach that get people talking
- Managing schedules financials and reporting with precision and insight
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Youve led teams before in fitness retail hospitality or sales
- Youve got experience hitting targets and know how to motivate others to do the same
- You communicate clearly confidently and with purpose
- You stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Youre organised efficient and solutionoriented
- Bonus points if you hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification or are keen to train in Les Mills or Hyroxclasses
