Overview
This Field Services Technician I position at our client provides primary support for enduser devices and computer hardware to IHA providers and staff. The role involves user support maintenance installation and project coordination to support assigned systems.
Key Responsibilities
Works closely with the service desk team and leadership regarding hardware and network support necessary for daily operations. Installs new hardware as directed
Moves IT equipment as needed and ensures that all information delivered to offices administration and departments is accurate timely and complete
Performs other duties as assigned
Schedule and Shift Details
MF 8a4:30p No weekends. 100 Onsite position. 6 week contract extension possible. Must be able to start ASAP.
Travel
Travel will be required in this role as this requires set up of new computer equipment in new office spaces located in Ann Arbor MI and Dominos Farms locations.
Qualifications
Required
- High School/GED
- 1 years of experience in ALL of the following:
- Knowledge of multilevel desktop/laptop computer systems applications and/or equipment.
- Microsoft Office
- External Computer Setup
