Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Build lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers to drive sales and distribution through effective channel and trade management.
- Sales Strategy & : Develop and implement robust sales systems processes and business hygiene practices to enhance regional performance.
- Distribution & Channel Development: Establish and optimize distributor infrastructure and trade networks to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Market Analysis & Growth Planning: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance metrics generate reports and present insights to senior management.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage budgets forecast sales projections and ensure costeffective operations within the region.
- Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and operational guidelines.
MustHave Requirements:
- Regional Expertise: Prior experience in the East Region with deep market understanding.
- Team Management Experience: Proven ability to lead a company payroll team of SOs/SEs/ASMs.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in FMCG Consumer Goods or Healthcare (OTC portfolio preferred).
- Channel & Trade Management: Strong background in distributor and trade channel management.
- Infrastructure Development: Experience in building distributor networks and sales teams.
- Relevant Experience: Recently held a Zonal or Regional Sales Manager position
