Job Description

Job Title: Associate Product Manager
Overview: The Associate Product Manager (APM) plays a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products at this B2B Fintech. This position serves as a critical bridge between various teams including engineering marketing and customer support. The APM is responsible for supporting the product management team in identifying valuable product opportunities and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. By analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs the APM contributes to the product roadmap and helps launch products that enhance user satisfaction and meet business objectives. This role is designed for those looking to deepen their expertise in product management while impacting the company s strategic direction. The APM will be actively involved in the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring products meet our high standards and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Overall this position is vital in building products that resonate with users and propel our organization forward in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and user stories.
  • Participate in product design discussions to ensure usercentric solutions.
  • Manage product documentation and track progress against established timelines.
  • Assist in prioritizing product features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support the product launch efforts including marketing and customer engagement activities.
  • Gather and analyze product metrics to assess performance and inform future improvements.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance product usability and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and surveys to gauge product reception.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to influence product direction.
  • Participate in an agile development environment attending sprint planning and review meetings.
  • Support the senior product manager in various project management tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product management marketing or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to improving user experience.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and fastpaced work environments.
