Job Description
Overview
The UI/UX Designer plays a vital role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products. This position demands a keen understanding of usercentered design principles and an ability to translate complex ideas into simple intuitive designs. As a UI/UX Designer you will collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to create engaging and functional user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of innovative design solutions showcasing their capability in both UI and UX design. Your contributions will significantly impact the product s success and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction fostering loyalty and growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
- Maintain a design system to promote consistency across the product.
- Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and enhance design practices.
- Create user personas to guide design decisions.
- Implement responsive design principles for crossplatform compatibility.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align branding strategies.
- Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards.
- Document design processes and maintain project records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating usercentered design processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar.
- Handson experience with prototyping tools like InVision Axure or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
