Job Description
An innovative fintech company is looking to expand their talented software development team. As a MERN Stack Engineer youll be at the forefront of building and enhancing our product offerings managing endtoend development from backend to frontend. Key Responsibilities
- FullStack Development: Lead endtoend development creating RESTful APIs building interactive UIs and ensuring smooth integration of frontend and backend technologies.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with our Testing and Product teams to understand requirements and deliver robust scalable features.
- Technical Problem Solving: Support the team with complex technical challenges and provide solutions to improve code quality and performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit tests (using Mocha/Jest) and ensure that code is welldocumented and maintainable.
- Microservices & Docker: Work with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker) for streamlined development and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 4 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development including MongoDB and .
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Redux and MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas).
- Solid experience with Microservices and Docker for scalable application deployment.
- Handson knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript (ES6 for creating modern web applications.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest to ensure code quality.
- Exposure to React Native (at least one project).
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS Azure etc. is a plus.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
