Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Lead to drive revenue growth manage a large team and optimize sales operations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills a track record of achieving sales targets and expertise in CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 7080 sales professionals to achieve 2030 Cr annual revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Recruit train and mentor sales teams to ensure high productivity.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor and enhance sales operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales (EdTech preferred).
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Bachelor s degree; MBA is a plus.
- Experience managing sales centers is an advantage but not mandatory
