Job Description

At Maryhurst our residential programs communitybased homes and our outpatient clinical programs all work to serve children in the greatest need. Our residential programs break the cycle of abuse using treatments that restore hope and successfully transition children to more permanent community or familybased settings. Maryhursts community and transitional living programs offer tools that prepare survivors of abuse and neglect for better more hopefilled futures. And lastly the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support ultimately clearing barriers to success at home at school and in the community. Renewal provides oneonone group and family counseling in office home or schoolbased settings.



The Clinical Manager provides clinical and administrative oversight of the targeted case managers and community support programs within Renewal and as needed in other programs. The Clinical Manager provides direct clinical service as needed. The position complies with agency policies applicable state law and regulations service contracts and other funding sources. Position adheres to professional standards and practices to ensure quality services to the multicultural community.

Requirements:
  • A Masters Degree in the field of Human Services from an accredited by an accrediting body of the Council on Higher Education Accreditation.
  • Licensed at Independent level in a mental health field. (e.g. CSW LCSW LPCA LPCC LMFT etc.)
  • Appropriately credentialed to provide clinical supervision
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • An understanding of the basic adolescent process and family systems; an ability to supervise those providing treatment and care to special needs youth; strong management capabilities; program development and evaluative skills.
  • Ability to assess staff strengths and weaknesses and effectively problem solve.
  • Strong direct service clinical skills.
  • A basic competency in computer skills.
