Director of Fitness for New Program!

Retro Fitness of Lincroft NJ is about to implement the Pro Fitness Program (). The Pro

Fitness Program is an inhouse onboarding and personal training program and is one of the most recognized

and respected fitness programs in North America. Clubs offering this program no longer concentrate on simply

selling memberships and showcasing the facility but focus on getting their members real results!

This is a ground floor opportunity and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Fitness to

oversee all aspects of this new program from the implementation period on. This position is ideal for a proven

fitness professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. We will teach

all aspects of the Pro Fitness Program to the new Director of Fitness.

Responsibilities:

Drive growth of department revenue via the Pro Fitness Programs sales and service program

Lead flawless execution of department best practices as they pertain to personal trainers and fitness

advisors

Oversee all aspects of administrative details as they pertain to the Pro Fitness Program protocol

Hiring training motivating directing and evaluating all personal trainers and fitness advisors

Communicate with club members as it pertains to the personal trainers and fitness advisors

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years managing a personal training staff for a health club or studio

Demonstrated experience managing and growing a personal training client base

Demonstrated ability to drive sales both personally and through support of membership staff

Enthusiastic energetic personable and friendly as well as passionate intelligent and knowledgeable

regarding the fitness industry

Excellent communication time management organizational and followup skills

Current national personal training certification or fitness related degree

Previous personal training sales are a plus

Ability to work with and recruit trainers for all types of training (private group etc.)

Current CPR/AED certification

Compensation

Very generous salary monthly bonus incentives and high commission structure for individual personal training

sales. Potential to earn 90 100K with full benefits package.

Compensation: $90000.00 $100000.00 per year
