Job Description
Were looking for an energetic and dedicated leader to oversee a home for adults with developmental disabilities. Do you have experience as an Assistant Residence Manager in the OPWDD field Do you have the ability to help employees develop skills in personcentered supports Are you a leader who inspires empathy and care in order to spark change Were looking for you!

Having experience working under OPWDD regulations and supervisory experience is preferred.

Experience/Education:
- A bachelors degree in human services or a related field & 1 year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
OR
- 4 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- OPWDD experience preferred
Must Have:
- A valid drivers license
