Job Description
Youll be responsible for
- Manage fullcycle recruiting: sourcing screening coordinating and closing candidates across multiple functions
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet rapid hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
- Meet and exceed hiring goals and timetofill targets
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting efficiency
- Track recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly
