Job Description
Have solid knowledge of bag prep spice hand preweigh and all products requirements. Identify any quality concerns with the ingredients allergen labeling or cleans/changeovers.
Specific Duties
Prep Ingredients
Weigh up spices
Pull ingredients into prep room
Shovel for multifill
Operate equipment
Clean equipment
Handpreweigh
Complete all required documentation / IQS Entries
Quality (verify product quality date codes weight distribution seal integrity label verification case quality)
Safety (follow all required safe work practicesie: PPE JSA)
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Experience/Skill Level
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Must be able to work in a safe manner.
Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures. Responsible for QRMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
