Assembler Air Conditioning Manufacturing Final Assembly

About the Role:

Were looking for handson detailoriented Assemblers to join our team in an openair manufacturing facility. As an Assembler you will be responsible for assembling air conditioning units working with your hands and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. If you enjoy staying active working with tools and being part of a dynamic team this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts into complete air conditioning units using hand tools power tools and special equipment following clear instructions and safety guidelines.
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to build both subassemblies and final products.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to all safety standards and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Inspect parts for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
Work effectively with your team and communicate regularly to ensure smooth production.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Be flexible learn all assembly roles and be available for overtime or shift change when needed.
Use basic computer programs (Excel Word) to track production orders and assist with inventory management.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What Were Looking For

Required:

High school diploma and GED.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with moving parts and machinery.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to handle physical work including standing for long periods walking bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a noisy dusty and nonclimatecontrolled environment.
Preferred:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
