Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide firstlevel support for ITrelated queries and incidents.
- Help in setting up and configuring computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Support the IT team in maintaining and updating inventory records.
- Participate in routine system maintenance and updates.
- Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Support the installation and configuration of software applications.
- Conduct basic training sessions for endusers on IT tools and systems.
- Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and guidelines.
- Provide support in the deployment of new technology projects or upgrades.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
