Position: IT Infrastructure Automation Intern (Year Round)
Location: Auburn Hills MI

Job Purpose
The Infrastructure Automation Intern will support the development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance the efficiency reliability and scalability of our IT infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with the infrastructure and automation teams to identify automation opportunities develop scripts and tools and contribute to the overall improvement and optimization of our infrastructure management and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure operations. (Terraform and Ansible)
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for automation and propose innovative solutions.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of automated systems and processes.
- Participate in testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Document automation processes and provide training to team members on their use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure management practices through automation.
What we are looking for
- Student working towards a bachelors degree (Computer Science MIS or related field)
- GPA of 3.0 or better
- A drive for results enthusiasm and eager to learn
- Proficiency with coding
- Strong writing and communication skill
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Must be well organized selfmotivated capable of managing complex assignments
- Must be comfortable in a fastpaced environment
