Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor

Location: Spanish Fork UT

Status: FullTime

Hours: Monday Friday; 12:30 p.m. 9:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $65000 $72000

What Youll Do:

As an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor you will help build a strong foundation for aspiring electricians through handson teaching and mentorship. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Participating in instructor training sessions and ongoing professional development offered by the college to stay current in teaching methods and industry practices.
  • Delivering engaging highquality instruction aligned with course syllabi and lesson plans that support student learning outcomes.
  • Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive timely feedback.
  • Supporting student success by mentoring and guiding them toward program completion licensing or certification and employment in the electrical field.
  • Fostering a learning environment emphasizing safety technical proficiency and professional growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education Requirements: A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
  • Licenses: Must hold a current Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the electrical field.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in time management multitasking and organization to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
