Gundersen Health System is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role you will work under the guidance of the Revenue Cycle Insurance Followup Manager focusing on assessing and enhancing training needs and materials. You will conduct ongoing competency evaluations and audits of workflow policies for various roles collaborating closely with supervisors to provide valuable feedback and training for both new hires and existing staff. This position requires a high level of independence as well as the ability to navigate complex assignments with discretion and sound judgment. What Youll Do:

  • Conduct audits of department policies and workflow procedures for over 100 employees within the Revenue Cycle.
  • Facilitate the maintenance and updates of standard operating procedures ensuring compliance and monitoring revision dates in collaboration with leadership.
  • Generate weekly staff production reports for supervisors to provide feedback and education.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees and address issues identified through auditing.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify and deploy tools and resources that support employee performance and maintain ongoing competency reviews.

Whats Available:

  • Fulltime 1.0 FTE 80 hours every two weeks
  • Monday Friday no weekends
  • Onsite Location: Onalaska WI
  • Remote eligible after completion of training
