Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Expert in Databricks: level 4 (highest level) (theyll code in python with framework PySpark)
Good level in python coding (level 4)
Basic skills in PowerBI (at least level 1 or 2) so they have critical eye on whether do developments on Databricks or PowerBI and be able to have an outlook on the whole Dataset Company treatment chain.

Soft skills:
Curiosity about new technology (need to update knowledge frequently)
Curiosity about complex HR business cases
Transparency (when they have a blocking point share it straight with the team)
Have critical eye and be source of proposal when a new complex business case arrives

(example: how to modelize a dataset the best way possible or how to industrialize many KPIs for a campaign to the treatment chain while keeping best performances as possible).
