Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President HRO GPO!
In this role GPO lead is responsible for directing and executing GPO roadmap that solves the business problems/opportunities of the key customer(s) in the HRO domain through the usage of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma Business process reengineering and by combining technology solutions like Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc.
In this role you would be responsible for the effective delivery of planned Digital projects RPA bots AIML projects and Six Sigma projects working with crossfunctional global leads including the digital delivery team and client leadership successfully.
Responsibilities
Builds a collaborative relationship with the key client partners proactively asks for feedback and takes full responsibility of the process and overall account;
Identify and implement tactical Continuous Improvement Opportunities emerging from the day to day Operations with the agreement of Customer Finance Transformation Organization and align with HRO stream Project Roadmap.
Drive execution of the global design solution across local org and in Genpact Ops.
Assist in meeting the defined KPI as per the contractual agreement.
Assess operational performance against standards and take corrective actions as necessary.
Drive standardization across local org and in Genpact Ops.
Share best practice with the clients stakeholders
Assist in deployment of Digital tools RPA AI/ML/Gen AI etc.
Provide SME advisory/ support during transitions & training.
Tracks customer concerns and enables resolution for client issues;
Partakes to various internal & external projects events and initiatives;
Ensures board of account efficiency by supporting architects within the account;
Participates to internal transformation meetings communicates LDT related plans & results to customer;
Promote Genpacts values across teams in supervision.
Manage end to end projects Identify design and implement solution for projects in the area of HRO to deliver financial and productivity benefits to customer in accordance with the contractual clauses concluded.
As part of the Metrics performance model actively drive the metrics improvement discussions both from a metrics as well as yearly target perspective in close cooperation with the operations leads
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in customer managementrelated roles: e.g. HRO SME
Several years of experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents an advantage)!
Experience in project management.
Willingness to work autonomously and in teams playing different roles
Accountability: See it own it and solve it mindset. Willingness to go the extra mile
Great communication skills: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships of trust and credibility with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Execution: Ability to meet deadline and work well under pressure
Project management and coordination skills is often required due to the complex nature and scope of many of our projects and initiatives.
Ability to think strategically and communicate in a conceptual/structured way;
Ability to translate finance business needs into efficient tools & processes
Experience with the new technologies and a strong knowledge of ERP & applications like SAP ServiceNow etc.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Prior HRO & project management experience
LSS certification
