Account Manager for an integrated marketing agency for global b2b tech brands!


Location:

The Role:

  • To act as an effective bridge between their clients and our internal teams
  • To manage their client relationships ensuring their clients needs are always met
  • To effectively communicate problemsolve and respond to requests in a timely manner in order to drive projects to completion
  • Effective management of their client relationships to ensure an outstanding client experience
  • Instrumental in the delivery of high quality work which meets the clients needs
  • Taking client briefs and writing concise creative development and artwork briefs
  • Ensuring that project deadlines are met communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
  • Developing a greater understanding of the clients business including staying abreast of competitor activity
  • Following agency processes and updating agency systems (e.g. Jira Scoro) based on project status
  • Support with proposals based on an understanding of their clients business needs and requirements
  • Setting agendas and maintaining accurate records of meetings decisions and next steps
  • Keeping the team and client uptodate with useful information e.g. competitor activity relevant industry news
  • Preparing materials for pitches and client presentations
  • An ability to multitask with a huge capacity for getting things done is essential.
  • Building client relationships to grow accounts you will have a natural flair for identifying and capturing new opportunities.
