Your Role
Solution Design and Architecture:
oLead the design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
oDevelop detailed technical specifications data models and integration strategies.
oEvaluate and recommend appropriate Informatica configurations and customizations.
oConduct performance analysis and optimization of Informatica environments.
Implementation and Delivery:
oLead and manage the implementation of Informatica MDM projects ensuring ontime and withinbudget delivery.
oProvide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
oConfigure and customize Informatica MDM DQ components including data models workflows and integrations.
oConduct thorough testing and validation of MDM solutions.
oManage data migration and data quality initiatives.
Client Management and Consulting:
oServe as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on MDM strategy and best practices.
oConduct client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
oDevelop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
oManage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
oIdentify and pursue opportunities for followon business.
Data Governance and Quality:
oDevelop and implement data quality rules and processes.
oMonitor and report on data quality metrics.
oProvide guidance on data stewardship and data ownership.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
oMentor and guide junior consultants and developers.
oContribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing.
oProvide technical leadership and support to project teams.
PreSales Support:
oAssist in presales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
oContribute to the estimation of effort and resources for Informatica MDM projects.
oContribute to the development of reusable assets.

Required
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MDM with a strong focus on Informatica MDM.
Extensive experience in designing implementing and managing Informatica MDM solutions.
E2E implementation experience involving phases from design realization testing to golive.
Deep understanding of Informatica data modeling workflow and integration capabilities.
Strong knowledge of data governance data quality and data integration principles.
Experience with various integration technologies such as APIs web services and Informatica ETL tools.
Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and mentor project teams.
Experience with other MDM platforms is a plus.
Experience in specific industry verticals (e.g. Auto Manufacturing) is a plus.
Informatica SaaS certification is desirable.

Preferred

Experience with SaaS based MDM solutions.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with scripting languages (preferably JavaScript).
Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
