About the role:

Clutch is looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our operations organized and running efficiently as part of the Eastern Canada Operations team! You are a highly motivated selfstarter that will make an impact on every vehicle we buy and sell.

Youll be completing a large volume of licensing tasks before each scheduled delivery. Ensuring that you deliver an incredible customer experience is a key part of this role. Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate for this role is a highly motivated selfstarter willing to take ownership of various key administrative tasks and has previously worked in a customer experiencefocused role.

What youll do:

  • Processing licensing and registration paperwork for used vehicles
  • Organizing and archiving vehicle registration keys and other relevant paperwork
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation to facilitate vehicle transfers promptly
  • Managing the paperwork for vehicles from outside the province ensuring proper registration and compliance
  • Supporting the delivery team with paperwork preparation & printing documents
  • Data entry of new onboarded vehicles
  • Filling documents and storing them

What were looking for:

  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean driving record in the last 3 years
  • Previous vehicle licensing experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Selfmotivated desire to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Technology savvy (Google Drive Slack etc.)
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite at 20 Duke St in Bedford Nova Scotia
  • Willing to work from Monday Friday from 9:00AM 6:00PM with longer hours if needed
