Who you are
Youre a confident and competitive individual who loves to win. Your strengths lie in building strong relationships coming up with innovative solutions and finding ways to make them happen. Youre a bold negotiator who wants to be in a consultative role. Ideally youll have an interest in commercial real estate previous sales experience (although not required) you are not afraid of business development and wont take no for an answer. Youll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while accessing a global network of marketleading research marketing and project management experts to support you.
What you bring
Postsecondary degree or diploma is required.
A valid drivers license and fully insured automobile.
Strong interpersonal skills can build rapport and credibility with people at all levels.
Must be detail oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication.
Possess strong computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus skills and experience
Hold (or interested in obtaining) a valid Real Estate License.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous business development and/or sales activities such as coldcalling and market research.
Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
What success looks like
You reach and/or exceed your sales quota consistently.
You apply traditional and innovative sales methods including compelling presentations virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.
Your clients applaud how you consistently deliver highquality service that meets their needs in a dynamic marketplace.
