What Youll Do:

  • Support the implementation and daytoday administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients

  • Deliver prompt professional and friendly customer service to clients and members

  • Respond to insurance inquiries with clarity professionalism and attention to detail

  • Perform general clerical duties including scanning printing mail distribution and document management

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client files in the company CRM

  • Use quoting software insurance carrier portals Zoom and DocuSign to support departmental needs

  • Stay informed on the everchanging group benefits landscape through ongoing training and learning opportunities

What You Bring:

  • 1 years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • A high level of professionalism and commitment to outstanding client service

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively

  • A proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the group benefits insurance industrytraining provided!

  • Postsecondary education (college or university degree preferred)

  • Excellent computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus

  • LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in Ontario is preferred but not required
