Job Title: UI/UX Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detailoriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role you ll be responsible for creating intuitive engaging and usercentered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to turn insights into seamless interfaces that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and Stakeholders to deliver userfocused solutions.
Create user flows sitemaps and interaction models.
Apply brand guidelines and design systems to maintain visual consistency.
Iterate designs based on feedback data and user testing.
Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends tools and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent work experience.
2 5 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design typography and visual hierarchy.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. InVision Framer Principle).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
