WHAT IS THE JOB
As Manager in our new Sid Mashburn Charlotte shop in Specialty Shops SouthPark youll be responsible for leading a talented team to deliver a transformational retail experience. You will proudly represent Mashburn in the community engaging with a variety of organizations and influencers to help connect them with the brand through events outreach and more. Youll also use your expertise to help train and influence the team and drive business decisions regarding merchandising product placement and sales strategy. This job has an estimated start date of July/August 2025.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select hire train and retain an exceptional team of service allstars.
- Lead inspire and motivate the team to provide worldclass service and experience to customers.
- Create a climate in which team members want to do their best.
- Own the total performance of the stores service operation and people.
- Serve the team to allow them to focus and deliver on goals tasks and other company initiatives.
- Role model the ability to relate well to all kinds of people.
- Oversee the strategic marketing of Mashburn in the community through events and more.

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS
- A proven leader with 5 years of leadership experience; retail preferred.
- A track record of success in recruiting selecting coaching and motivating a diverse team.
- A desire to take care of every person on your team so that they can take care of our customers.
- An overwhelming drive to deliver results and growth in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while still serving the mission every day.
- A love of dressing up not just because you have to.
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to micro and macromanage projects.
- Efficient and effective process and people management.
- Proactive tactical and strategic planning.
- An unyielding belief in service over self.
- Ability to shift gears quickly and comfortably and problem solve complex issues.
