Description

The Financial Specialist will support the organizations financial operations by analyzing financial data preparing reports ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting in strategic financial planning. This position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Help maintain integrity of financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collect and analyze financial data assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process preparing projections and variance analysis.
  • Support financial modeling including scenario analysis and profitability analysis for projects.
  • Monitor and track key business units financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Support audit processes by gathering necessary financial documentations and participate including fixed asset and inventory audit and management.
  • Perform intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial data required by various parties like customers banks occasionally suppliers.
  • Assist with other special projects as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
  • 03 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables charts etc.) and familiar with financial software (e.g. Plex SAP or similar).
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with overseas subsidiaries suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Work Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • Fulltime position with standard working hours with occasional overtime during monthend or yearend reporting periods.
