Qualifications youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) are a plus.
  • The availability to work fulltime hybrid to Schenectady New York.
  • Proven experience in treasury operations or accounting preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management principles financial instruments and banking processes.
  • Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
  • Humility to play as a team

Your key responsibilities:

  • Execute daily cash management activities including cash positioning forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Process payments wire transfers and other financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and financial reports providing insights and analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
  • Support treasury projects and initiatives such as implementing new systems or processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in treasury management recommending improvements and implementing relevant changes.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to treasury activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Where youll be:

Hybrid 8 days per month to Schenectady New York
