Job Description
Provides quality store/restaurant support by ensuring prompt friendly and courteous service. Performs daily internal support for designated store to allow internal team to focus on growing sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Provides quality store/restaurant support by providing service in a prompt and timely
manner - Responsible for breaking down and putting away of loads/deliveries per Store Manager or category schematic designation.
- Responsible for product and supply replenishment throughout the store or restaurant as designated by Store or Restaurant Manager.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping cleanliness duties as designated by Store or Restaurant Manager.
- Follows security and safety policies/procedures
- Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires mathematical ability for checking in of product/merchandise
- Ability to provide prompt friendly and quality store/restaurant support service
- Ability to perform stock/inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully completes all assigned Training Classes
- On the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Works indoors under regular store conditions
Frequently going in and out of refrigerated cooler/ freezer (proper attire is needed i.e. jacket long sleeve shirt)
- Works outdoors as needed (weather conditions may hinder time to complete job duties in which proper attire may be needed)
Equipment use:
- Continuous use of hand truck/rolling cart
Frequent use of cleaning supplies - Occasional use of calculator hooking up C02 soda fountain air pressure dispenser tank and BIB BagInABox syrup dispensers
Work Hours:
- Employment status as follows:
Fulltime Regular(35.00hrs/week) - Monday Saturday availabilityas assigned by Store Manager
- Extended hours as assigned
MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Continuously requires attention to detail concentration alertness and mathematical skills
- Continuous standing for extended period of time handling use of eyehandfoot coordination and corrected vision.
- Frequent climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling walking
reaching; pushing pulling lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. of merchandise cartons - Follows security and safety policies/procedures
- Seldom requires sitting running and visiting/working at other sites
COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:
- Continually talks to Managers and receives instructions
- Frequently talks to coworkers
- Occasionally meets requests of coworkers
- Seldom talks to outside trade persons/vendors talks on the telephone trains/gives
instructions and reads
