Job Description
The purpose of the Golf Retail Associate is to assist in providing product knowledge and sales support to Members and guests with Yellowstone Clubs standards and expectations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.
- Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the merchandise.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Keep selling floor and merchandise neat organized and stocked.
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Properly execute all relevant register functions.
- Assist will request tee times and reservations.
- Ensure merchandise is neat clean and pressed for presentation in the Golf Shop to the Clubs standards.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma GED or vocational training or jobrelated course workGood interpersonal communication skillsOne to two years experience in customer service
- Strong verbal/written communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Previous cash handling experience
- Basic mathematical skills add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions decimals and percents
- Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with members guests coworkers and management
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed (these are our busiest times)
