Job Description

BigTime is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Revenue Operations function and GotoMarket teams. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations this role will focus on optimizing processes developing strategic insights and driving operational excellence across our gotomarket teams. This is a highly crossfunctional role requiring a love for data process improvement systems thinking and collaboration with leadership teams.

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Design implement and optimize business processes across GotoMarket teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

  • Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms to provide actionable insights to GTM leaders and the Executive team.

  • Support leadership presentations by building board deck materials highlighting KPIs and performance trends for GotoMarket teams.

  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends surface opportunities and recommend improvements across the revenue lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with GotoMarket leadership to define track and report on departmental KPIs.

  • Support marketing with conversion and efficiency questions (marketing attribution analysis)

  • Support sales with forecasting and individual/team performance measurement

Who You Are:

  • 2 years of experience in a Revenue Operations Sales Operations Business Operations or similar analytical role preferably in a SaaS or highgrowth environment.

  • Proficient with CRM reporting and dashboard creation (Salesforce preferred).

  • Highly proficient with MS office suite expertlevel Excel skills.

  • Exceptional skills in data analysis storytelling and visualizing insights for nontechnical audiences.

  • Experience building content for Executive presentations (board decks leadership reports).

  • Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics and of sales and marketing KPIs

  • Familiarity with AI tools in a business context (e.g. predictive analytics workflow automation AIdriven reporting) is a major plus.

  • Selfstarter with a bias for action who thrives in fastpaced evolving environments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence without authority.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Data Analytics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Interested in a hybrid role coming onsite / 3 days per week.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $80000 $110000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience education and where applicable licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
