Position Details:
The candidate should be ready to travel extensively and frequently.
The positional will be responsible for sales of Capital and Consumables. The position shall be will be reporting to the Regional Sale Lead
Average 610 years of proven experience in Sales preferable in MNC Med Devices and experience of handling high end capital equipment sales
Accountable Private and Trade market of Northern India markets
Min. of 3 years of strong experience in handling Key accounts Private segment and team management

Demonstrates ability to independently source new opportunities
Establishes strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders leveraged to drive revenues
Drives execution of key activities that influence the achievement of sales objectives.
Demonstrates ability to articulate business and customer focused value propositions within sales opportunities
Demonstrates awareness of common industries and application areas within sales territory
Constant monitoring for healthy pipeline & opportunity finding
Define marketing activities to be carried out in the region.
Accountable promotion sales for company products and resolving problems faced in the market.
Managing a team of individual contributors
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
Education: Postgraduate (preferably having Engineering Pharma Science background MBA will be added advantage)
