We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mortgages Customer Journey Expert to join our Mortgages Team of Home and Protection Tribe

The teams responsibility is ensuring a long term customer relationship with ING through the mortgage product and our way of working is agile

Your key responsibilities:

As a Mortgages Customer Journey Expert product Owner your responsibilities include anticipating cancellations defining and implementing customer retention strategies for mortgage clients and understand how to retain customers while minimizing product margin erosion. Additionally you are responsible for serving all the needs of a mortgage customer when they already have a mortgage. Your mission is ensuring a long term customer relationship with ING through the mortgage product in a profitable way.

• Define and Implement Retention Strategies:Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty among mortgage clients.
• Anticipate Cancellations:Proactively identify potential cancellations and implement measures to prevent them.
• Customer Understanding:Analyze customer behavior and preferences to tailor retention efforts effectively.
• Margin Management:Ensure retention strategies are designed to minimize the impact on product margins.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration:Work closely with rest of the mortgages teams marketing pricing operations legal compliance customer service teams .. to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
• Performance Monitoring:Track and report on the effectiveness of retention strategies making adjustments as needed.

Estamos buscando un Mortgages Customer Journey Experttalentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de Hipotecas dentro de la Tribu de Hogar y Proteccin.

La responsabilidad del equipo es asegurar una relacin a largo plazo con los clientes de ING a travs del producto hipotecario trabajando de manera gil.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Mortgages Customer Journey Expert tus responsabilidades incluyen anticipar cancelaciones definir e implementar estrategias de retencin de clientes hipotecarios y entender cmo retener a los clientes minimizando la erosin del margen del producto. Adems sers responsable de atender todas las necesidades de un cliente hipotecario una vez que ya tenga una hipoteca. Tu misin es asegurar una relacin a largo plazo con los clientes de ING a travs del producto hipotecario de manera rentable.

• Definir e implementar estrategias de retencin:Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para mejorar la lealtad de los clientes hipotecarios.
• Anticipar cancelaciones:Identificar proactivamente posibles cancelaciones e implementar medidas para prevenirlas.
• Entender al cliente:Analizar el comportamiento y las preferencias de los clientes para adaptar eficazmente los esfuerzos de retencin.
• Gestin del margen:Asegurar que las estrategias de retencin estn diseadas para minimizar el impacto en los mrgenes del producto.
• Colaboracin transversal:Trabajar estrechamente con el resto de los equipos de hipotecas marketing precios operaciones legal cumplimiento servicio al cliente etc. para alinear las estrategias de retencin con los objetivos generales del negocio.
• Monitoreo del rendimiento:Rastrear e informar sobre la efectividad de las estrategias de retencin realizando ajustes segn sea necesario.
