Marriott International is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our EMEA Division supporting the Regional Vice Presidents Luxury Europe. This role involves providing proficient clerical and administrative support to the RVPs working with limited supervision and minimal direction. The Executive Assistant will also take the lead on strategic projects as defined by the RVPs. This is a fulltime role with minimal business travel required.
Key Responsibilities Administration
- Prepare documents using Word Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Maintain high and accurate dictation and typing speed.
- File and forward trace a variety of documents appointments etc.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Process incoming mail.
- Screen telephone calls and visitors without blocking the opendoor policy approach.
- Maintain office supplies for stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes as requested.
- Create purchase orders log budget transactions process department invoices and report monthly.
- Maintain email distribution lists as appropriate.
Coordination
- Maintain collate and distribute all relevant activity reports.
- Coordinate venue agendas and minutes for various meetings.
- Arrange travel and hotel accommodation as requested.
- Set up conference calls.
- Maintain diaries and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Respond to various requests for help and information.
- Communicate with property associates to provide information and resolve challenges on behalf of the RVPs.
- Handle related memberships ensure they are current and trace renewals for reevaluation.
Other
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Comply with Marriott International Regional Office policies and procedures.
- Work hours as required to do the job normally MondayFriday 9am6pm excluding public holidays.
Candidate Profile Experience & Education
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position at Executive Assistant level.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a fastpaced multitask environment providing administrative support to Senior Executives.

- Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitive to regional cultural dynamics and experienced in dealing with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Ability to maintain and treat highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Presentable with an approachable yet confident personality; flexible and positive cando attitude.
- Highly adaptable resilient and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with limited supervision.
- Maintains high performance standards ensuring all work is effectively completed.
- Exceptional communication skills ensuring timely information flow.
- Actively pursues learning and selfdevelopment to enhance personal professional and business growth.
Education and Professional Certification
- Fluent in English both written and verbal and experienced at communicating at all levels.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint).
