INSPIRE - Leadership Development Program

The INSPIRE Program offers leadership development for talent like you getting ready to start their career journey with ACCOR. During a 18 to 24 month period you will gain valuable leadership experience while also benefitting other aspects of our program.

What you will be doing:

• Our property will provide you with a platform to shine showcasing your skillset and innovative attributes
• You will learn to understand the fundamentals of hospitality and your propertys operations in order to develop your expertise
• Through mentorship you will be provided with a guide to learn by example
• With many networking opportunities to connect both digitally and inperson a strong foundation will be built across ACCOR
• Gain valuable experience in operational areas within the Hotel
• Develop your hospitality and technical skills in luxury service and a variety of job roles.
• Consistently offer professional friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
• Follow all hotel policies procedures and service standards

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Postsecondary education in Hospitality or Business is an asset (However applicants from all disciplines will be considered)
• A desire to advance your hospitality career through engagement and motivation
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• A passion for learning and eagerness to take on a challenge
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment 
• Hospitality experience in a hotel setting an asset
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as a part of a team

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
