JOB TITLE: Project Manager

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- 510 years of experience in travel loyalty programs (both frontend and backend)
- Fluency in Russian
- Strong project management skills
- Preferably based in Uzbekistan
PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary objective of this role is to provide PMO support for the client project in Uzbekistan with a specific focus on the implementation of a travel loyalty program. The role involves coordinating across key internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment while also overseeing the integration of multiple third party vendors and mobile app development teams. This is a 6 month engagement aimed at ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of the solution.
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Project Coordination & Oversight: Lead the coordination and implementation of a travel loyalty program ensuring alignment across internal teams thirdparty vendors and mobile app developers.
- Vendor & Tech Partner Management: Oversee the integration of multiple external vendors and tech partners monitoring timelines dependencies and delivery quality.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across relevant stakeholders ensuring timely communication and delivery of agreed milestones.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of progress risks and action items providing regular updates to teams.
- Meeting Support & FollowUp: Support projectrelated meetings by capturing key decisions and followups
- and ensuring accountability across all parties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Project : Ontime implementation of travel loyalty program milestones with minimal deviation from agreed plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effective coordination among internal and external teams
- Reporting & Visibility: Timely and structured updates on integration progress issues and resolution status.
Knowledge and Experience
- Fluency in Russian
- Experience in PMO or project coordination roles ideally in the banking travel or loyalty domain
- Strong understanding of travel loyalty programs including both frontend (UX mobile integration) and backend (reward logic partner settlement) operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proactive and structured approach
- Ability to manage thirdparty integrations and resolve dependencies across multiple teams
- Preferably based in Uzbekistan for better alignment with client operations
