Job Description

Position: Maritime and/or Admiralty Attorney 5 Years of Experience)
Location: North Miami FL
Job Type: FullTime

A wellestablished law office in North Miami is seeking a highly motivated Maritime and/or Admiralty Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have strong industry contacts and/or an existing book of business and will be ready to take on a leadership role within the practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a team of attorneys and support staff. Compensation will reflect the leadership responsibilities and the value brought by the candidates business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an independent caseload from inception to resolution

  • Foster and expand client relationships

  • Provide strategic guidance to team members

  • Contribute to the continued growth of the practice

Qualifications:

  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • Demonstrated experience in maritime and/or admiralty law

  • Proven ability to generate business through existing relationships or contacts
